Waiterone is my cashregister since a couple of weeks now. It’s a perfect solution for my shop (deli): ‘lean and mean’. It’s very easy to install, very userfriendly to work with and a joy to get all kind of statiscal info about sales and so.
Value for money as you rarely see. If you nevertheless have questions or suggestions, Eddy van Hoeserlande is quick to respond.
And, finally, doing your cash-stuff on an I-pad looks quit fancy also. Customers love it. So if you’ re looking for an elegant, smooth working cash-system, Waiterone is the one you need.
P.S. If my comment seems to good to be true, I’m not on Waierone’s pay-roll. I sincerly am a very happy user.

I don’t get a warning when my printer or kds isn’t connected. So i am not sure my orders are send to the Kitchen. Only when that big issue is solved, the app is great.

Hi Benny,
you’ve got a point here, more or less, as for normal printing you can change the printer driver to ePOS-print (slower but more intelligent). As far as the KDS concerned, you are completely right, we are working on that, in the meanwhile (which is not an excuse) the KDS stays free to download. Stay tuned for an update, asap,
Regards,
Eddy
