Please send your questions about WaiterOne to following address : email. Also provide us all the information we need to understand your situation or configuration (what iOS are you using, what version of WaiterOne, which printer do you have (brand/interface), network configuration with ip addresses, …). You can also send an email from within WaiterOne, that way we will have all the information needed included (settings -> about -> support). Don’t forget to check the FAQ? Lot of questions are already answered there.

    If have a question about the buttons on the screen how to protect them. That only the owner can move them and not the waitress. Is this possible?

  2. I’ve purchased your app and am currently trying to set up with Epsom tm t20II printers. I have the printers hooked up to a router via Ethernet cables and the iPad through the same network. Could you please tell me what I’m missing? Thanks
