Also provide us all the information we need to understand your situation or configuration (what iOS are you using, what version of WaiterOne, which printer do you have (brand/interface), network configuration with ip addresses, …). You can also send an email from within WaiterOne, that way we will have all the information needed included (settings -> about -> support). Don’t forget to check the FAQ?
