hello,
If have a question about the buttons on the screen how to protect them. That only the owner can move them and not the waitress. Is this possible?
Thanks for your reply,
Greats Robert Martens

Hi Robert,
in the latest version of WaiterOne you can set a switch user based. Depending on that switch your waiters/users can move buttons around or not,

I’ve purchased your app and am currently trying to set up with Epsom tm t20II printers. I have the printers hooked up to a router via Ethernet cables and the iPad through the same network. Could you please tell me what I’m missing? Thanks

Hi,
start by configuring your printer, use the EpsonNet Config tool and a micro usb cable on a pc/mac (follow this link : https://download.epson-biz.com/modules/pos/index.php?page=soft&scat=43). You printer should be in the same network range as your iPad (e.g.they should all start with the same 3 numbers : 192.168.1 or 192.168.0 or … whatever your router/access point comes up with). For more information I suggest you contact me directly, you have a contact email address at http://www.waiterone.net.
Good luck and keep me posted,
Eddy
